Loanapp & Simpology (V1 and V2)
Ensure you select the correct loan application platform based on your application type and aggregator.
For Connective and LMG Brokers
Please launch or start all applications via your aggregator’s CRM as your CRM is now integrated with Simpology V2 (Loanapp 2.0).
For All Other Brokers
- For Purchases or Full refinance:
Please submit your application using Simpology V1 (Loanapp). - Easy Refi Applications:
Even if your aggregator CRM is NOT currently integrated with Simpology V2 (Loanapp 2.0), you should still use Simpology V2 to submit Easy Refi applications direct to Granite.Simply hit the ‘Simpology V2 (Loanapp 2.0) Registration’ button to register.Once you have gained access, please submit your application using Simpology V2 and select “Granite Home Loans – V2” from the channel drop-down menu.If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
