We remind our partners to please refer to the document checklist and upload all required documents at the time of submission. Documents cannot be uploaded after triage until Credit have completed their review. Incomplete, improperly packaged and applications outside the policy will take longer than below stated SLAs.
- 1-2 business days for document triage (first touch)
- 4-5 business days for credit assessment
- 3 business days for credit reviews e.g.
- Responding to RMI’s
- Providing valuation or contract of sale
- Conditional approval to formal
Easy Refinance:
For Standard and SMSF Easy Refinance
- 4 days from submission to formal
- Application must be fully packaged including valuation
