- 2 business days first touch document triage
- 5 business days initial credit assessment (to conditional or Formal or RMI)
- 5 business days from Conditional to Formal Approval
- Note: improperly packaged applications, or applications outside policy will be subject to additional times
Easy Refinance:
For Standard and SMSF Easy Refinance
- 4 days from submission to formal
- Application must be fully packaged including valuation
