Check you’ve set up your Granite Simpology V2 account.

If you are a Connective broker, before you can launch and submit new Simpology V2 applications from within your aggregator’s CRM, you will need to confirm and set up your Granite Simpology V2 account.

You should have received a ‘Welcome to Simpology’ email from no-reply@simpology.com.au to set up your Granite Simpology V2 account.

Hint: Can't find your email? Check your junk folder. Or, email info@simpology.com.au or click here to enter your email and then follow the steps to ‘set or recover password’.

Check that all of your details are correct

Sometimes, minor differences between the information held by your aggregator and ourselves can stop you from launching Simpology applications.

You can check and update key details by visiting our broker dashboard tool.

Simply login by entering your email and using the One Time Password (OTP) that we will send you.

Please double check we have your correct:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address

You can also double check other information like your phone number and brokerage details.

Check your aggregator has the correct accreditation number

Be sure to check your aggregator has your accreditation number set correctly in your CRM. There may be a small delay between when you register for Simpology V2 and when your aggregator adds your accreditation number, which could prevent you launching applications successfully from your CRM.
